Can I plan a complete event for free?
Yes. Events, trips, checklists, budgets, schedules, guest lists, basic RSVPs, notes and planning-team sharing remain free.
Is Premium a subscription?
No. Premium is a one-off £4.99 payment for one event. Each event can have a different plan. Existing legacy memberships remain separately managed in your account.
Which plan includes the animated invitation and RSVP studio?
Premium Plus includes the invitation studio: animated themes, opening animations, custom sections and layouts, an integrated itinerary and RSVP responses in your guest list. Multi-Event includes the studio for each Premium Plus event. Free and Premium users can try it without changing their current invitation, but need Premium Plus to save and publish a studio design. Their existing invitation and RSVP tools remain available.
Is Memory QR included?
Yes. Premium includes one event QR code and scrapbook, 100 photos and five videos up to 30 seconds. Premium Plus adds unlimited guest upload counts, subject to fair use, with six months of media storage.
What happens if I upgrade?
Your QR code, link and memories stay the same. Moving from Premium to Premium Plus costs the difference: £25.00.
How does Multi-Event work?
Pay £69.99 for three Premium Plus events. If one event already has Premium, upgrade for £65: that event becomes Premium Plus immediately and two Premium Plus credits remain for other events. Events stay separate and each has its own gallery expiry.
When should I download my memories?
Premium uploads close 30 days after the event and gallery access lasts three months. Premium Plus uploads and gallery access last six months. For multi-day events we use the end date. Download before expiry; automatic cleanup removes expired media after the grace period.
