What is an online event planning planner?
An online event planning planner keeps the practical parts of an event in one workspace. UMA combines your checklist, guest list, RSVPs, budget, itinerary, notes and event countdown so you can see what is done and what needs attention.
Can I use UMA as a wedding planner?
Yes. You can use UMA to plan a wedding, Mehndi, birthday, graduation or another private event. The same workspace adapts to the event name, date, venue, guests and schedule you add.
Is the UMA event planner free?
The event and trip planner is free, including planning-team sharing. Premium is a one-off £4.99 per event and adds invitation designs, custom fonts and colours, maps, attendance, reporting and an event QR scrapbook with a small upload allowance. Premium Plus adds unlimited upload counts subject to fair use and six months of media storage.
Can another person help coordinate my event?
Planning-team sharing is included in Free. The event owner approves a specific account email, and an invited teammate must sign in and accept before they can open the shared workspace.
